UX/UI Designer

Their projects involve national workforce platforms, education ecosystems, major banks, global telecoms, and international brands.

• Strong portfolio of commercial projects.
• Full understanding of design processes tailored to user and client needs.
• Knowledge of web and mobile design principles including responsive and adaptive design.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Solid command of layout, grid systems, typography, color theory, and component-based design.
• AI-first mindset and design approach.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Polish (minimum B2 level).
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to articulate UX and UI decisions to stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Extreme attention to detail across user journeys, visual alignment, and interactive states.

Nice to have:

• Experience in UX audits.
• Experience with projects in the MENA region.

• Create UX and UI design solutions from user flows and information architecture to polished interfaces.
• Map user flows, define information architecture, design wireframes, mockups, and UI components.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements and maintain visual and interaction consistency.
• Participate in product research and identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Review and improve current products with continuous optimization using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Work in an end-to-end digital process from research and ideation to visual design and development handoff.
• Visualize ideas through interactive prototypes, design systems, and UI kits.
• Maintain and extend large design systems with new UI patterns and components.
• Manage ongoing relationships with clients and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align design objectives and project goals.
• Work on large projects involving international multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into design solutions.
