Junior UX/UI Designer (AI-Native Process)

Flying Bisons is a leading Strategic Design & Digital Consulting company based in Warsaw, with projects across Europe and the Middle East. Their mission is to help clients Unleash Digital Potential™. They work on enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions, including national workforce platforms (Qiwa, Ajeer), education ecosystems (Madares), major banks (Bank Pekao, Alinma), global telecoms (Ooredoo, Salam), and international brands (KFC, Hebe, NaTemat, Enel-Med). The company emphasizes that design craft is only 10% of success; the other 90% involves navigating politics, aligning stakeholders, and safeguarding visions until realization. They are building the discipline of Strategic Design and invite candidates to be part of it.

• Some practical experience with UX/UI or Product Design from commercial work, internships, freelance work, university projects, or personal projects.
• Understand basic UX principles and think about entire user flows rather than individual screens.
• Good visual sense and understanding of hierarchy, spacing, and interface design basics.
• Actively look for ways to use AI to improve or speed up the design process.
• Interest in how AI is changing design and willingness to develop in this area.
• Comfortable trying new things without initially knowing exactly how to approach them.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Open to feedback and comfortable showing work in progress.
• Able to explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
• Thinks beyond visuals to what happens after user interactions (e.g., button clicks).
• Comfortable communicating in English in a project environment.

Nice to have:

• Built a prototype, small app, website, or personal project using AI.
• Experience with tools like Lovable, v0, Bolt, Figma, Figma Make, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of how websites and digital products are built.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS or general front-end concepts.
• Experience working with developers, Product Managers, or researchers.
• Personal projects showing curiosity and initiative.
• Experience experimenting with different AI models and tools.

• Work in project teams alongside experienced UX, UI, and Strategic Designers.
• Help translate briefs, concepts, and user needs into user flows and interactive prototypes.
• Use AI to quickly explore different solutions instead of designing every screen from scratch.
• Experiment with tools such as Lovable, v0, Bolt, Figma, Figma Make, Cursor, Claude Code, and other new solutions.
• Create early versions of flows that can be clicked through, discussed, and developed further.
• Iterate on solutions based on feedback from more experienced designers and the project team.
• Consider the entire product behavior, including different states, errors, user actions, and edge cases.
• Work in Figma when it is the best tool for the job.
• Develop the ability to combine AI with solid UX and UI fundamentals.
• Gradually build an AI-native workflow.
• Share interesting tools, experiments, and learnings with the team.
• Aim to become increasingly independent in taking a well-defined product problem and turning it into a solid interactive solution.

The recruitment process includes consent to processing personal data according to privacy policies, use of AI tools to summarize and organize application data, participation in AI-assisted recruitment interviews with audio and video recording for transcription purposes, with data processed by third parties in the United States. Final hiring decisions are made by Flying Bisons' staff. Candidates must be comfortable recording a short video application in English as part of the process.
