Junior UX Designer

• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals.
• Ability to create wireframes and simple user flows in Figma.
• First experience in design, such as prototyping, interfaces, or research, commercial or non-commercial.
• A real portfolio (small is acceptable).
• Good knowledge of Figma.
• Good command of English (B2/C1+) and Polish.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive, disciplined, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Fast learner with a "let’s improve it" attitude.
• Comfortable using AI tools smartly, not blindly.

• Participating in commercial UX/UI projects from concept to delivery.
• Designing product concepts, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interfaces.
• Working within an end-to-end digital design process.
• Collaborating closely with other designers and an interdisciplinary team including researchers, strategists, developers, and data analysts.
• Using AI tools thoughtfully to support design workflow.
• Growing skills with dedicated mentorship and ongoing support from an experienced designer.
