Strategic Designer (UX/UI)

Flying Bisons is a leading Strategic Design & Digital Consulting company based in Warsaw, with projects across Europe and the Middle East. Their mission is to help clients Unleash Digital Potential™ through work on enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions. Projects include national workforce platforms (Qiwa, Ajeer), education ecosystems (Madares), major banks (Bank Pekao, Alinma), global telecoms (Ooredoo, Salam), and international brands (KFC, Hebe, NaTemat, Enel-Med).

• Solid background in UX and/or UI design, craft foundations are non-negotiable.
• Experience with large-scale projects such as enterprise platforms, government services, or complex corporate ecosystems.
• Strong business literacy with the ability to connect design decisions to strategy.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Resilience and calmness under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, C1/C2 level.

• Lead high-stakes projects end-to-end, from framing the challenge to launch readiness.
• Structure complexity into actionable plans, using frameworks like the Project Pyramid.
• Manage and align diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, ministries, and enterprise teams.
• Navigate politics by knowing when to negotiate, compromise, or stand firm.
• Bridge business, design, and technology, speaking the language of each.
• Guard the design vision against organizational chaos, ensuring it reaches users intact.
• Collaborate with stream leaders, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver measurable impact.
