They deliver end-to-end digital products including Research, Digital Strategy, Branding, Product Design, Web & Mobile Development, Data Analytics & AI for major brands and disruptive startups.

• Strong portfolio of commercial projects
• Full understanding of best design processes tailored to user and client needs
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles including responsive and adaptive design
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar
• Familiarity with designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities
• Extreme attention to detail

• Creating best-in-class design solutions and user experiences
• Mapping user flows, defining information architecture, designing wireframes and interfaces
• Ensuring designs meet project requirements and standards, and are consistent across the product
• Involving in research to understand product performance and identify enhancement opportunities
• Reviewing and improving current products with optimization through analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
• Working in an end-to-end digital process
• Visualising ideas and inspiring others
• Managing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers to align design objectives and project goals
• Working on large projects with international and multidisciplinary teams of researchers, strategists, data analysts, product managers, product owners, and developers to translate business requirements into design solutions

Candidates must be able to work on a B2B contract basis. English proficiency at B2 level is required.
