Freelance UX Researcher

Flying Bisons is a leading Digital Consulting & Delivery company based in Warsaw, Europe, with a 120-people team. They help clients unleash digital potential by designing and developing digital products, specializing in Research, Digital Strategy, Branding, Content, Product Design, Web & Mobile Development, Data Analytics & AI. Their clients include major brands such as Mercedes AMG, IKEA, KFC, and startups like Booksy and DevSkiller.

• Documented commercial experience as a UX Researcher applying qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Deep understanding of digital product lifecycle
• Good command of written and spoken Polish
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholder groups and influence others
• Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
• Knowledge and experience working with AI

Nice to Have:

• Experience with tools such as: Dovetail, TheyDo, Lookback, Figma, FigJam, and platforms for conducting remote research

• Prepare and execute research processes from mapping problems to analyzing materials
• Create reports and deliver key project insights
• Conduct research using techniques such as user testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus group interviews (FGIs), tree testing, and card sorting
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams
• Synthesize and communicate findings to influence design and product decisions
• Create personas, user journey maps, and blueprints as research outputs
• Collaborate with other researchers and interdisciplinary teams including designers, strategists, developers, and data analysts
