Poland Tutor | Python

Kodland is a digital platform connecting tutors and children aged 5 to 17, teaching game development (Unity/Roblox/Minecraft), programming (Scratch/Python), web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS), and digital design (Blender/Photoshop). Kodland operates in 40 countries and educates over 30,000 students.

• Python programming skills at at least an intermediate level.
• Willingness to acquire new skills and improve existing ones.
• Readiness to teach children and help them achieve high results.
• Availability to work on weekends and/or on weekdays and in the evenings.
• Ability to work independently.
• No criminal record and no prohibition on working with children.

Nice to have:

• Commitment to personal and professional development through regular training.
• No teaching experience is required; interview and digital skills test may be requested.
• Programming skills must be demonstrated.

• Deliver fun and engaging lessons based on the provided curriculum and materials.
• Work with children aged 10 to 14 during online classes, in both individual and group sessions (9–12 students).
• Improve teaching skills under guidance of experienced Kodland mentors.
• Share feedback on lessons and materials with the team.
• Provide regular and detailed reports on student progress.
• Enhance the learning experience and student engagement in class.
• Be a positive, influential, and friendly figure at Kodland.
• Implement creative ideas to support students.

This is a remote position; candidates must have their own laptop with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work. Offers a B2B contract with options for unregistered sole trader or cooperation with TwójStartup incubator. Candidates will be invited to an interview and may need to complete a digital skills test upon request.
