React Developer

• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Understanding of good practices in HTML/CSS and CSS preprocessors.
• Ability to design simple and scalable solutions.
• Experience creating high-quality code, including tests.
• Proficiency in Polish and English languages at B2+ level.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of best practices for cloud-based applications.
• Experience or knowledge in FinTech domains such as banking applications, trading, and blockchain.
• Interest and knowledge in AI to complement the current team expertise.

• Build applications and select appropriate technologies for their development.
• Support the creation and development of a good backlog.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, Product Owner, clients, and their teams to create useful and functional solutions.
• Communicate clearly with various groups, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Have freedom of choice in tools and solutions applied, taking ownership and responsibility for the project and its success.
• Maintain code quality through Clean Code practices, code reviews, and Continuous Delivery & Continuous Integration.
• Work in a supportive environment providing and receiving constructive feedback.
