Agentic AI Engineer

Cyclad works with top international IT companies to deliver cutting edge technologies shaping the future. The project location is Sophia Antipolis and the employment type is a B2B contract.

• Strong software engineering experience in production backend or distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience building LLM or agent-based systems including orchestration, tool use, memory/state management, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Java.
• Solid understanding of security operations, including incident response, detection engineering, and threat hunting.
• Experience working with SOC tools such as SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR, ticketing systems, cloud logging platforms, and threat intelligence systems.
• Knowledge of cloud environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong security mindset including least privilege, secure coding, secrets management, and auditability.
• Experience with observability tools covering metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and dashboards.
• Ability to design systems for production reliability and operational scale.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Design and implement a secure, scalable platform for agentic AI systems.
• Support multiple LLM backends (hosted, self-hosted, hybrid).
• Develop agent frameworks including planning/execution loops, memory, and tool use.
• Implement MCP/tooling integrations with standardized interfaces.
• Ensure enterprise-grade architecture: multi-tenancy, RBAC/ABAC, audit logs, telemetry, secrets management, and high availability.
• Build reusable components: tool registry, agent templates, policy frameworks, and deployment patterns.
• Create evaluation and regression pipelines for agent performance, safety, and reliability.
