SAP Enterprise Portal Consultant (German Speaking)

The role supports international IT services projects focusing on critical enterprise applications and digital workplace solutions.

• Experience with SAP Enterprise Portal environments
• Practical knowledge of incident and change management processes
• Ability to analyze business requirements and propose solutions
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in complex environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in German (C1/C2)
• Fluency in English (C1/C2)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems
• Knowledge of digital workplace or employee portal solutions
• Experience working in international and multicultural teams

• Managing incidents, service requests, and change activities related to SAP Enterprise Portal
• Supporting maintenance, configuration, and optimization of portal solutions
• Analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into effective solutions
• Troubleshooting application issues and coordinating resolutions
• Collaborating with business users, support teams, and technical stakeholders internationally
• Supporting integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications
• Contributing to system documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
• Providing user support and guidance when required
