GRC Consultant with German

Cyclad works with top international IT companies delivering cutting edge technologies. The recruitment is for a GRC Consultant to support IT Baseline Protection (IT-Grundschutz) activities for a key client.

• 3–6 years experience as a GRC Consultant
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 with hands-on implementation experience
• Solid understanding of risk assessment and risk management practices
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with a consultant mindset
• German and English language proficiency at B2 minimum, C1 preferred

• Support structural analysis, protection requirements assessment, modeling, and IT-Grundschutz compliance checks
• Conduct baseline security assessments using standardized checklists across 10 client services
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate stakeholder interviews
• Document findings and create required artifacts in German
• Contribute to risk assessment and risk management activities
