Senior AI Engineer

Cyclad works with top international IT companies to deliver cutting-edge technologies. This position is within the AI development team focusing on building scalable AI-driven solutions.

• Experience working with AI/ML solutions in real-world projects
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, or chatbot solutions
• Basic experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Understanding of software engineering practices including Python, APIs
• Experience working in teams delivering end-to-end projects
• Good communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Very good English and German language skills (minimum B2 level required)

• Work on AI solutions across different projects supporting business needs and practical use cases
• Develop and improve chatbot solutions based on LLMs and RAG approaches
• Participate in the full AI lifecycle from idea through development to deployment
• Build and maintain ML and Generative AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Apply good engineering practices including testing, CI/CD, and basic MLOps
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver workable solutions
• Ensure solutions are stable, reliable, and ready for production use
• Share knowledge and support less experienced team members
