Senior AI Developer

IT Factory is a dynamic company experienced in developing, implementing, and supporting IT solutions for a significant Polish company in the insurance sector.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer, AI Developer, or related role, including at least 1 year in production deployments
• Experience designing and implementing generative AI (GenAI), language models (LLM), AI agents, and AI process orchestration
• Proficiency in Python
• Practical experience building and maintaining MLOps/LLMOps processes using Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
• Experience with LLM models, RAG solutions, prompt engineering techniques, and evaluating AI model responses
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform, especially AI and GenAI supporting services
• Experience integrating AI with business systems via REST API, asynchronous communication, and integration platforms
• Practical knowledge of source code management tools, particularly Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub
• Higher technical education (computer science, mathematics, STEM, engineering, or related fields)
• Proactive attitude, independence, and readiness to take responsibility from concept to deployment
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Willingness to work in Warsaw in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Nice to have:

• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements
• Azure certifications: Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and business process specifics

• Designing, tuning, and deploying advanced AI/ML and GenAI models using Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning
• Building and optimizing MLOps/LLMOps processes with Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems
• Integrating AI solutions with the new claims handling system ecosystem
• Implementing advanced RAG solutions using Azure AI Search and latest LLM models in Azure OpenAI
• Ensuring AI solution compliance with AI Governance and AI Act, including technical documentation and model monitoring
• Collaborating actively with business and IT teams, presenting work results, and supporting AI solution deployments and adoption

Work in Warsaw in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
