Front-End/UI Designer

Our client is a global software company focused on transforming engineering and manufacturing organizations with a platform for product lifecycle management (PLM) and digital thread solutions.

• 3–5 years of experience in product UX/UI design within a product environment, preferably B2B SaaS or Enterprise.
• Strong expertise in UI execution and hands-on experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
• Mastery of visual design fundamentals, including layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and responsive UI patterns.
• Pragmatic and detail-oriented mindset capable of navigating evolving requirements and delivering clean, buildable UI solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design tokens) with working familiarity of front-end fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, and basic JS/React implementation constraints.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration across engineering, product, and design stakeholders.

• Ability to develop workable UI solutions from loosely defined problems.
• Comfort with design under real browser implementation constraints, particularly with React and modern CSS frameworks.
• Portfolio demonstrating real product UI and design system contributions.
• Interest in advancing towards roles in advanced design, UI architecture, or design-technology hybrid positions.

• Contribute to and evolve a shared design system including components, tokens, and layout patterns to ensure visual consistency across apps and services.
• Develop early concepts into high-fidelity UI designs that account for real product use and constraints.
• Support multiple product teams daily with UI requirements such as layouts, feature interfaces, icons, and detailed specifications.
• Translate conceptual directions into reusable UI structures and actionable deliverables to streamline engineering workflows.
• Autonomously own execution and production work streams while aligning closely with the design lead.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to continuously eliminate design bottlenecks.
