Senior UI/UX Designer

BlueBinary is a company developing products in the iGaming industry. The role involves working on scalable design systems and improving design processes with a product used by thousands.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Knowledge of iGaming industry specifics; experience with CS2/e-sport platforms is a plus.
• Experience as a Team Leader or strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining complex Design Systems.
• Ability to conduct Design Sprints.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript.
• Experience in creating high-interactivity prototypes including animations and component states.
• Knowledge of design best practices and creating intuitive interfaces with RWD approach.
• Experience analyzing user behavior using Hotjar or Clarity for UX optimization.
• Experience in Interaction/Motion Design.
• Skill in creating Low-Fi and High-Fi mockups and confidently presenting them.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and understanding implementation processes and technical constraints.
• Experience designing retention and monetization mechanisms based on behavioral models (e.g., Hook Model).
• Familiarity with tools Asana, Figma, FigJam.
• Use of AI tools in daily work.

• Building, developing, and maintaining the Design System.
• Leading Design Sprints.
• Supporting junior designers in the team.
• Collaborating daily with developers and Product Owner.
• Implementing Interaction and Motion Design, creating engaging microinteractions and animated UI components.
