Senior Java Developer (k/m/n)

Nexio Management is a company of about 550 consultants with over 20 years of experience building advanced IT solutions for companies in Poland and abroad. They specialize in building, developing, and maintaining systems and applications, as well as IT consulting. The company operates managed services and fixed price business models and supports clients' teams in scale-up models. They have their own R&D Center and develop technologies including NexioBot, a mobile assistant robot using artificial intelligence for communication.

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in software development based on Java EE, especially enterprise-class systems.
• Proficient knowledge of the Java environment and Tomcat application server.
• Experience with relational SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Extreme Programming (XP) techniques.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and bug tracking tools.
• Fluent English language skills for communication in an international work environment.
• Higher education in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or related fields.

• Designing and implementing backend solutions.
• Developing, modifying, and maintaining existing enterprise applications and systems.
• Analyzing product and business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues and errors in existing systems.
• Collaborating with other teams involved in system development and maintenance.
• Working with version control systems and bug tracking tools while ensuring code quality.
• Operating within Agile methodologies and Extreme Programming practices.
