Intern Product Owner - Join our Product Squad!

MasterBorn works with well-established companies and startups in early stages (MVPs) serving clients from the high-end American IT market across industries including Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech.

• Curious about how digital products are built from idea to launch
• Comfortable turning ideas into simple visuals (flows, diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns)
• Proactive, communicative, not afraid to ask questions
• Desire to learn how to work with developers, designers, and clients
• Basic knowledge of tools like Notion, FigJam, or Jira
• Fluent in Polish and English (min. C1 for both, mandatory)
• Active student status

Nice to have:

• Experience in student organizations, startups, or hackathons
• Interest in AI, no-code, or automation tools
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup methodologies
• Experience as Product Owner or Project Lead in any context

• Support Product Owners in managing the backlog, defining tasks, and keeping delivery on track
• Join client calls and internal stand-ups, potentially facilitating meetings with support
• Collaborate with designers and developers and write clear, structured documentation
• Possibly support marketing or internal initiatives
