Middle Product Owner

MasterBorn is a software development company working with well-established companies and startups in their early stages (MVPs). Their tech stack includes React, Node.js, and TypeScript. They collaborate with clients from diverse industries in the USA, such as Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech.

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst of a SaaS product or managing clients building SaaS products.
• Experience working in Agile projects.
• Strong ability to structure and visualize ideas in real time.
• Excellent structuring of work and communication skills.
• Skilled in cooperation, conducting talks, meetings, and workshops with English-speaking clients in the USA.
• Experience writing requirements, creating process flows, and communicating them to development teams.
• Ability to conduct client workshops using a variety of techniques.
• Solid business and product thinking.
• Excellent command of Polish and English (both C1).
• Assertive and positive communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong self-management and decision-making capabilities.
• Proactive ownership of product progress.
• Adaptable communication to different audiences (developers, product owners, senior stakeholders).

• Act as a trusted product partner to the Client's Product Owner, translating business goals into product direction and priorities.
• Understand client business models, goals, product strategies, users, market contexts, and success metrics.
• Work at discovery and delivery stages of product implementation.
• Manage the product roadmap and backlog with focus on measurable business and user outcomes.
• Prepare clear requirements for the development team.
• Ensure timely product delivery.
• Negotiate scope and explain technical aspects to clients.
• Advise clients on product decisions, clearly communicating trade-offs regarding business value, user needs, technical complexity, risk, and time to market.
• Constructively challenge client requests and recommend alternatives.
• Work with Scrum teams (4-12 members).
• Collect and provide feedback for the team.
• Proactively identify product opportunities, risks, and gaps with recommendations.
• Facilitate conversations toward clear decisions, especially when requirements are ambiguous or stakeholders disagree.
