What You'll Do:

• Tailor the software by configuring the platform to meet customer needs, including enabling features and adapting to business operations.
• Test and problem solve new features before company-wide releases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage deliverables by taking ownership, estimating timelines, and keeping projects on track.
• Become a trusted advisor by ensuring proper changes and advising customers on maximizing value from the technology.
