Senior Software Engineer - SRE

• 5+ years of experience in Java development, preferably in enterprise cloud software companies
• Hands-on operational experience with high-volume or critical production services including incident management and root cause analysis
• Ability to write clean, testable, readable, and maintainable code collaboratively
• Experience with open-source technologies such as Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Solr, Maven, Git, Tomcat, Linux, AWS, Vagrant, Docker, and Kubernetes
• 3+ years of experience in relational databases and expert-level SQL skills
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Bash, Ansible, Python, Go, and Ruby
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Proven mentorship ability

• Build new cloud infrastructure rapidly adhering to software development best practices
• Ensure platform scalability and reliability for hundreds of global customers across North America, Europe, and Asia
• Lead incident triage and mitigation, including periodic on-call duty
• Develop automation tools to reduce manual work and issue resolution time
• Provide full-stack diagnostics and root cause analysis for production problems
• Strategize with engineering teams on scalable solutions supporting over 2 million users
• Participate in engineering design reviews and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and QA teams to deliver solutions
• Work across multiple technology stack layers, primarily backend development with opportunities in frontend and infrastructure
• Communicate problems effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor team members to foster a high-performing environment
