Senior Technical Consultant - Quality Systems

• Significant experience implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations technology solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Quality and compliance, quality management systems, document control, and global change management
• Proven track record leading implementation or maintenance projects as consultant, business analyst, IT lead, or business sponsor
• Experience leading teams through decisions and negotiating compromises
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles, managing expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment and translate business requirements into solutions
• University degree or equivalent relevant experience

Nice to have:

• Understanding of global quality requirements and compliance for life sciences and computer systems validation
• Direct experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, EtQ, TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs
• Knowledge of Software Validation processes and requirements
• Project management experience
• Experience with Agile methodology and/or ACP Certification
• Service delivery management and/or systems implementation experience
• Proficiency in additional European languages

• Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite at Life Sciences companies
• Guide customers on enhancing quality and compliance culture using Veeva Quality suite
• Design solutions requested or anticipated by customers
• Act as liaison between implementation teams, customers, and Veeva Product teams
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices
• Drive change management for customers transitioning from on-premise to SaaS solutions
• Assist with Quality processes including documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training
• Mentor team members and junior consultants
