Technical Consultant - Quality Systems

• Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, preferably content management software or exposure to Quality Management in the Life Sciences industry.
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles managing customer expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, translate business requirements into solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in Europe (remote role).

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in additional European languages.

• Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite for life sciences clients including pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
• Configure Vault applications covering workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, and notifications.
• Collaborate closely with customers' business and IT teams to understand requirements and help achieve business goals.
• Manage communication between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices during post-implementation.
• Drive change management methodology when customers switch from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
• Assist with Quality processes including documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training.
