ServiceNow Developer (space industry)

The Polish branch, based in Katowice since 2007, serves as a Global Delivery Center with about 1,000 specialists focusing on cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup, storage, networking, security, software development, data engineering, testing, CRM, ITSM, and ERP platform integrations for clients mainly in Scandinavia, Benelux, France, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.

• More than 4 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• Strong experience and deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Advanced JavaScript scripting skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to document and share knowledge effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips and office visits in Katowice.

Nice to Have:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, or CIS-ITOM.
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules like HRSD, SLO, ITOM.
• French language skills (B2/C1).

• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, mainly within ITSM.
• Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, catalog items, business rules, script includes, and other components.
• Implement new functionalities and enhancements based on business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Review, optimize, and refactor custom code for performance and best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases including testing and validation.
• Monitor and maintain integrations and APIs to ensure reliable operations.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations and developments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and Agile teams to deliver solutions.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements to platform functionality and performance.
