PMO/ on-site Kraków

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO in a financial environment within project or programme settings.
• Proven experience supporting international transformation programmes.
• Proficiency in project and financial management tools such as MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and SAP.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate financial data effectively.
• Banking/Financial experience.
• Openness to hybrid work setting with two office days per week.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Agile, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Accounting experience.
• PMP or MSP training or certification.

• Support programme financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage resources tracking, including identification, validation, and reporting of financial metrics.
• Collaborate with project teams, finance departments, and senior stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and executive-level reports.
• Participate in programme governance forums, including Steering Committees, providing financial insights and updates.

Candidates must be open to hybrid work with two office days per week in Kraków.
