Senior Backend Engineer - Spark team

Readdle is a company specializing in personal productivity software for Apple devices since 2007. Their flagship product, the Spark email app, is designed for iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows, focusing on improving email experience, team collaboration, and information management.

• Strong backend development experience with high proficiency in Golang.
• Experience with distributed systems and high-load services.
• Knowledge of relational database systems and key-value stores.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Passion for the products contributed to.
• Ability to think ahead about user experience impact.
• Ability to deliver product quality within optimal development time.
• Detail-oriented with a broad perspective.
• Highly flexible and self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms (DSA).
• DevOps skills.
• Familiarity with NoSQL.
• Experience in front-end development using modern Javascript frameworks.

• Build distributed, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems in the cloud using Golang.
