Senior Product Manager - PDF Expert team

Readdle is a company specializing in personal productivity software for Apple devices since 2007. PDF Expert is one of their flagship PDF applications used worldwide on Mac, iPad, and iPhone, recognized with awards such as “App of the Year” and a Red Dot Design Award.

• Proven track record of owning product development and launching impactful features
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in metrics, funnels, experimentation, and analytical tools
• Deep user empathy and experience conducting or leveraging user research
• Strategic thinking to connect product work with business and user goals
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and research
• Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of mobile UX and product lifecycle
• Outcome-driven mindset focused on product impact
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for automating product workflows or enhancing team productivity

Would be a plus:

• Experience in both mobile and web platforms
• Background in productivity, file management, or similar niches
• Prior experience with AI-powered features or products
• Comfortable experimenting with AI-prototyping or "vibe-coding" tools

• Own a meaningful product area and define success in user and business terms
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities based on user needs, product data, market insight, and business goals
• Lead discovery through user research, analytics, experimentation, and validation
• Translate opportunities into clear product requirements with defined scope, rationale, metrics, and trade-offs
• Align engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams around priorities and decisions
• Prioritize roadmap and backlog across iOS, Mac, and Web platforms
• Drive initiatives from idea to launch and measurable outcomes
• Monitor post-launch results and recommend scaling, iterations, or discontinuation
