Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Certification in information systems auditing (CISA, CISM, CISSP) or accounting designation (CPA) required; Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a plus.
- 7-10 years of IT auditing experience with at least 2 years in management.
- In-depth knowledge and proven track record in information systems and controls auditing.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT management/control laws, frameworks, and regulations.
- Familiarity with EU regulations including GDPR, PCI DSS, and ISO27001.
- Experience with Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting.
- Preferred experience in internal audit for large public organizations or Big 6 external audit.
- Experience in the retail industry is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including report writing and presentations.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Self-motivated and able to manage ambiguity and complexity.
- Strong professionalism, integrity, and judgment.
- Diplomacy, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with an agile mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Experience using data analytics tools is an asset.
Obowiązki
- Assist in risk assessment, annual audit planning, and internal audit leadership activities.
- Plan, lead, and complete audits including IT General Control and Application Control audits.
- Ensure audit findings are practical with clear actionable recommendations aligned to business strategies.
- Perform follow-ups on agreed audit action plans to ensure implementation.
- Prepare and present audit reports clearly to management.
- Promote risk and control awareness throughout the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external auditors.
- Continuously improve the IT audit methodology framework and documentation templates.
- Build, coach, and supervise the IT audit team and develop technical acumen.
- Recruit and lead a high performing IT audit team.
- Manage relationships and coordinate with external auditors for SOX/NI 52-109 compliance audits.
- Participate in ad hoc audits, reviews, and investigations as needed.
