Senior AI Transformation Engineer

Education & Background:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 6+ years in business transformation in large or matrix organizations.
• Proven track record delivering automation and AI projects from proof of concept to enterprise-scale.
• Experience with automation tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or n8n.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and workflow orchestration tools is a plus.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams across regions.
• Understanding of process & agile project management methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PRINCE2, SAFe) is a plus.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with C-Level executives.
• Skilled in program governance, performance tracking, and value management.
• Strong leadership and collaborative mindset.

Languages:

• Fluent English (mandatory).
• German or another European language is a strong plus.

Strategic Transformation & Delivery:

• Lead design and delivery of strategic inhouse transformation initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of automation and AI-driven programs ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Define project structures in line with corporate objectives.
• Manage project execution including milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Drive adoption of automation frameworks such as UiPath, Power Automate, or n8n.

AI, Automation & Innovation Leadership:

• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to develop automation and generative AI (GenAI) solutions.
• Maintain AI & Automation roadmap with the AI/Engineering Center of Excellence.
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with C-Level executives.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Cultivate partnerships across business, technology, and operations.
• Oversee communication, change enablement, and capability building.

Value Creation & Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor, measure, and communicate value delivery and ROI.
• Identify improvement areas and design corrective actions.
• Embed culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen and operational excellence.
