Senior Product Manager - Identity Security (m/f/n)

ESET Research Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of its Identity Security portfolio, including Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM), and risk-adaptive authentication. The role is based primarily in Prague with additional locations in Bratislava, Brno, and Krakow.

• Senior experience as a Product Manager in a technology or software company focused on IT security products.
• 2+ years experience with identity security solutions or technologies.
• Experience delivering identity or identity security solutions such as IAM, authentication, and identity protection.
• Proven ability to define product vision and strategy.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of IAM, compliance frameworks, identity risk analysis, attack path modeling, and threat detection.
• Experience with cybersecurity products.
• Experience with technical systems integration.

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for identity security capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for identity security modules such as ITDR, ISPM, risk-adaptive authentication, and identity risk analytics.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams to define, design, and deliver new product capabilities.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and industry monitoring.
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product execution and positioning.
• Act as an identity security matter expert, presenting product strategy and progress to internal leadership and external audiences.
