Cyber Operational Technology Solution Architect

• 8+ years in IT or OT with at least 5 years in cybersecurity solution architecture including OT/industrial control system security.
• Expertise in designing secure architectures for Operational Technology environments.
• Technical knowledge of Claroty, Cisco industrial security solutions, OT protocols, segmentation strategies, Purdue Model, and IT/OT convergence.
• Excellent solution design and product evaluation skills for OT security and networking technologies.
• Ability to translate high-level architecture strategies into practical secure OT solutions.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams including OT operations.
• Proven communication skills for both technical delivery teams and non-technical audiences.
• Commercial awareness of secure OT architecture's business value, operational continuity, and risk reduction.
• Up-to-date knowledge of OT-specific cyber threats and defensive technologies.
• Required Certifications: CISSP, CISM.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing and delivering secure OT solutions in complex, large-scale, and hybrid IT/OT environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Claroty platforms for OT asset visibility, exposure management, threat detection, and network protection.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco technologies for secure industrial networking, segmentation, and zero-trust approaches.
• Familiarity with OT risk management frameworks, Purdue Model, IEC 62443, and regulatory compliance such as NIS Regulations, GDPR.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with architecture, engineering, OT operations, and delivery stakeholders effectively.

• Design and develop secure solution architectures for Operational Technology initiatives aligned with enterprise cybersecurity strategies.
• Provide expert technical leadership in OT cybersecurity solutioning for IT/OT convergence projects.
• Collaborate with business leaders, OT operational teams, IT teams, and delivery teams to translate business needs into secure OT solution designs.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and integration of OT security solutions focusing on Claroty and Cisco technologies.
• Conduct solution-level risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with architecture governance processes, standards, and regulatory requirements including IEC 62443.
• Support implementation, integration, and validation of secure OT solutions with engineering and delivery teams.
• Contribute to incident response planning focused on OT-specific cyber threats.
• Communicate OT solution architecture concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
