Oracle HCM Technical Specialist

• Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and/or Learning)
• Strong understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, learning management
• Hands-on experience with system configuration within Oracle HCM
• Experience with reporting using OTBI and/or BI Publisher
• Data migration experience using HCM Data Loader (HDL)
• Testing and UAT support experience
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate into system solutions
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and data formats (JSON, XML)
• Familiarity with integration concepts and data flows
• Experience with Oracle Learning module
• Knowledge of Fast Formula, HCM Extract
• Experience in global or multi-country HCM environments

Oracle HCM Configuration:

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR and/or Learning)
• Manage employee and non-worker lifecycle processes
• Configure learning catalogues, offerings, enrolment rules, workflows, approvals, notifications, and roles

Business Analysis:

• Gather and analyse business requirements from HR stakeholders
• Translate business needs into system configuration and solution design
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams

Reporting & Documentation:

• Design and support reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Maintain reporting, process, and data governance documentation

Data Management & Migration:

• Prepare and manage data using HCM Data Loader (HDL)
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with standards

Integration Support:

• Support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external/internal systems
• Work with integration teams to define data flows, mappings, and interface requirements
• Provide functional input for integrations (e.g., onboarding, employee data updates)

Testing & Delivery:

• Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, and validation activities
• Assist with cutover and go-live preparation
• Ensure system behaviour aligns with business expectation

This position is remote but candidates must be physically located and legally authorized to work in Poland.
