L2 - Collaboration & Tenant Platform Specialist

The role is part of Kyndryl Global Services Delivery Centre Polska Sp. z o.o, located in Wroclaw, Poland.

• Intermediate administration experience with Microsoft 365 Collaboration tools including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Operational experience with Entra ID administration (users, groups, licenses, RBAC) and awareness of Conditional Access.
• Basic administration skills for Zoom, Adobe Admin Console, and Apple Business Manager.
• Basic experience using PowerShell and scripting for operational tasks.
• ITIL Foundation mindset and security awareness.
• 1–5 years of Microsoft 365 collaboration or platform administration/support experience.
• Experience in Level-2 operations and incident/request handling.

Preferred Certifications:

• MS‑102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)
• SC‑300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• Optional: MS‑700 (Teams Administrator)

Languages:

• English: professional working proficiency.
• French or Italian: minimum B2 proficiency.

• Serve as the technical escalation (Tier-3/SME) for the enterprise Collaboration ecosystem.
• Resolve major and complex incidents related to collaboration tools and platforms.
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes.
• Administer collaboration tenant/platform configuration to ensure security and compliance.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant settings, Entra ID access controls, and other platforms like Zoom, Adobe Admin Console, and Apple Business Manager.
• Execute incident/request handling and standard change operations following ITIL principles.

English professional working proficiency required. French or Italian language proficiency at B2 level minimum.
