L2 - Device Management Specialist

• Operational experience with Omnissa/Workspace ONE and Jamf Pro
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS device support fundamentals
• Basic understanding of packaging and deployment (Win32/MSIX/pkg)
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Bash
• ITIL Foundation mindset and security awareness
• English language proficiency level B2 minimum
• French language proficiency level B2 minimum OR Italian language proficiency level B2 minimum
• Preferred certifications: Workspace ONE Administrator (entry/intermediate), Jamf 100+ or equivalent, ITIL v4 Foundation
• 1 to 5 years experience in EUC/Device Management or endpoint support
• Proven experience in Level-2 device enrollment, deployments, and compliance operations

• Ensure day-to-day operations of the enterprise device fleet using Omnissa/Workspace ONE and Jamf
• Provide Level-2 support for device enrollment, policies, application deployments, patching, and compliance across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
• Execute standard procedures reliably and resolve incidents and requests within SLA
• Perform operational packaging and deployment follow-up
• Adhere strictly to security and governance rules
• Escalate complex cases to Level-3 support
• Contribute operational input to root cause analysis and continuous improvement
