Head of Security Architecture

The Head of Security Architecture at Polpharma leads the development of a cognitive and autonomous security ecosystem integrating industrial (OT) environments with AI-driven innovation. The role focuses on creating a self-healing, intelligence-led security fabric to support business agility and digital growth within a pharmaceutical context.

• Master’s degree in security architecture, AI/Machine Learning, or Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in security architecture, including multi-cloud and OT/ICS environments
• Mastery of AI-security frameworks and expert-level certifications (e.g., CISSP-ISSAP, TOGAF, specialized AI-Security credentials)
• Exceptional communication skills for strategic security value to C-level and board stakeholders
• Fluent in Polish and English

Cognitive Architectural Strategy & Enablement:

• Define and execute a Group-wide security architecture roadmap prioritizing autonomous defense and AI-native infrastructure
• Translate AI threat intelligence into scalable, self-healing architectural patterns
• Govern security technology investments focusing on AI-driven ROI and architectural resilience in multi-cloud and edge environments

Frontier AI Security & Model Orchestration:

• Architect and implement a "Security-for-AI" framework protecting proprietary LLM/ML models lifecycle
• Design guardrails against model inversion, prompt injection, and algorithmic poisoning
• Serve as principal authority on AI-to-AI security protocols

Autonomous Cross-Domain Resilience (IT/OT/AI):

• Architect the convergence of IT, OT, and AI environments ensuring secure data flows
• Oversee deployment of "Self-Healing" Zero Trust architectures with real-time anomaly detection
• Champion "Policy-as-Code" and "Architecture-as-Code" (AaC) for compliance and remediation

Leadership & Capability Building:

• Chair the Cognitive Architecture Review Board managing trade-offs between innovation and risk
• Mentor and develop a team of AI-Security architects fostering technical rigor and collaboration
• Drive AI-literacy among technical stakeholders to embed "Security-by-Design" in all projects
