ERP Functional Consultant

Roche Digital Technology (RDT) is a global team at the heart of Roche focusing on innovation in healthcare through digital technologies such as artificial intelligence and data. The role is within the ERP Commercial Finance Management team that drives enterprise-wide digital transformation across interconnected systems, particularly in Intercompany Non-Trade Finance and Operational Transfer Pricing domains.

• Extensive implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules in global environments (Required).
• Hands-on functional/implementation experience in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM) (Required).
• Strong functional knowledge in Operational Transfer Pricing and Intercompany Non-Trade Finance (Required).
• Advanced experience in ERP finance consultancy, functional solution design, and business analysis (Required).
• Ability to recommend optimal technology solutions and conduct value and risk assessments (Preferred).
• Exceptional communication and global stakeholder management skills (Preferred).
• Experience delivering SAP projects within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment (Preferred).

• Implement complex ERP Commercial Finance initiatives and coordinate solutions across organizational boundaries.
• Lead the functional implementation of SAP projects in Intercompany Non-Trade Finance and Operational Transfer Pricing using SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BTP, and SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM).
• Analyze complex business requirements and define functional architecture in Commercial Finance.
• Act as a trusted SAP functional advisor to leadership and stakeholders.
• Evaluate strategic solution options including design, value analysis, and risk assessment.
• Manage dynamic requirements ensuring smooth functional integration across domains.
• Apply SAP best practices, tools, and methodologies while anticipating integration challenges.
