ERP Solution Consultant - SAP EWM

Roche Polska Sp. z o.o. operates in the healthcare industry with over 100,000 employees worldwide focused on advancing science and healthcare solutions. The role is within the Roche Pharma division, managing a highly automated warehouse management solution using SAP EWM.

• Minimum 5+ years working with SAP EWM in production environments including complex configurations and customizations
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP MFS implementation and maintenance
• Strong ABAP development and debugging skills
• Experience working in validated, regulated environments with compliance and change management documentation
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Nice to have:

• Fluency in German is a significant plus

• Develop and implement complex enhancements to the SAP EWM solution, including MFS and WebDynpro user interfaces
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug code independently
• Investigate complex technical challenges and optimize system performance
• Collaborate closely with business teams to manage requirements and expectations
• Manage change processes in a regulated environment with proper documentation and validation
• Document solutions and share knowledge with team members
• Travel to Switzerland for on-site support, workshops, and client engagement
