Procurement Manager (IT Services)

The role is within the Indirect Procurement Delivery group covering procurement activities including category management and strategic sourcing, with a focus on IT Services.

• University degree, preferably in business or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of procurement experience in strategic sourcing, category strategy, and project execution with proficiency in contracting.
• Experience with procurement systems and processes.
• Knowledge and experience in IT Services commodity and awareness of adjacent commodities.
• Skills in project management.
• Curiosity, active listening, openness to sharing ideas and feedback.
• Fluent in English at a business level.

• Act as a Category and sourcing subject matter specialist in IT Services by conducting market and internal analysis to develop sourcing strategies.
• Deliver and execute sourcing strategies using spend and category expertise, robust sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management methodologies.
• Develop content and automation to translate sourcing outcomes into automated buying channels for improved efficiency.
• Establish and lead the new Time & Materials procurement function for Digital & Technology, including setting up end-to-end processes and defining ways of working.
• Manage the full sourcing and contracting lifecycle for all Time & Materials requests, ensuring compliance with global procurement policies and governance.
