The role is located within the Technology department (RDT) that manages governance frameworks and compliance for technology platforms supporting GxP and non-GxP critical business processes.
Wymagania
- Over 15 years of IT experience, including more than 10 years managing global multidisciplinary teams.
- Over 10 years of experience in Technology, Compliance, Quality, or Risk within regulated industries (biotech, pharma, medical devices) at senior leadership level.
- Deep expertise in Quality Management Systems, GxP, CSV, GDPR, regional health data regulations, and ISO standards such as ISO 27001.
- Proven leadership in IT Service Management (ITSM) and governance processes including incident, problem, change, release, configuration, and continuity.
- Experience governing modern technology landscapes including cloud, digital platforms, data, AI/Automation, and DevOps in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with data science and AI/ML concepts in compliance.
- Strong skills in managing risks, deviations, CAPAs, and balancing operational excellence with regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to align diverse global stakeholders and lead through influence.
Obowiązki
- Define and own the Technology Compliance & Quality Governance strategy, including governance frameworks and decision models.
- Serve as a senior escalation authority and trusted business partner for executives, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Security leadership.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of compliance functions ensuring adherence to GxP, CSV, data integrity, privacy, and regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH, ISO).
- Lead enterprise-wide technology risk assessments and compliance maturity evaluations.
- Build, coach, and develop a global high-performing team.
- Define success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) and use data analytics to drive operational and strategic improvements.
- Manage budget and resources, including business cases for new initiatives and process changes.
