Enterprise Architect - Data & AI (Cross Domain)

The role is within the Strategy, Portfolio & Governance (SPG) Enterprise Architecture function, focusing on Informatics (RDT scope) and other complex cross-enterprise domains. The position supports vertical business-facing functions to implement complex AI solutions and aims to build scalable Data & AI ecosystems aligned with enterprise-wide reuse and digital synergy.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 10+ years in enterprise or strategic architecture roles.
• Experience in architectural oversight and strategic guidance in a cross-domain context.
• Recognized leadership in architectural communities managing complex cross-functional issues.
• Expertise in multiple domains or technologies to resolve complex challenges.
• Deep knowledge in modern AI architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
• Proficiency in cross-domain Information, Technology, Business, and Application Architecture.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture Management platforms such as SAP LeanIX and ArchiMEDES.
• Ability to lead federated architect networks and influence senior leadership.
• Commitment to an enterprise mindset prioritizing organizational success over functional silos.

• Maintain architectural vision and roadmap for major cross-domain Data & AI initiatives.
• Partner with Domain Architects to ensure AI solutions and data products are globally leveraged.
• Lead architecture governance with a lightweight, principle-driven model and automated guardrails.
• Assess and drive adoption of emerging technologies such as Large Language Models and Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with portfolio management to integrate architectural insights into investment decisions.
• Use Enterprise Architecture Management platforms to provide architectural insights and ensure transparency.
