• 10+ years experience driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning engineering efforts.
• Deep understanding of data processing principles and AI-readiness data needs.
• Experience building solutions for data experts (Data Owners, Data Consumers, Data Product Owners).
• Expertise in multiple technology areas and selecting appropriate technologies for complex problems.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS, ECS, Docker, PostgreSQL, GitOps, event-driven architecture.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, performance tuning, and scalability.
• Knowledge of software development tooling to improve productivity.
• Expertise in cybersecurity best practices and compliance.
• Knowledge of software validation, regulatory processes, and quality management.
• Ability to remove obstacles for technical teams and empower delivery.
• Proven ability to anticipate technical challenges and develop proactive strategies.
• Fluency in English.

• Provide strategic technical guidance aligning digital product development with business goals.
• Lead transition from a modular monolith to microservices respecting domain boundaries and performance.
• Take ownership of new component development and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Define tasks for others and drive Medium to Large initiatives at Product or Product Line level.
• Act as a coach or lead, leveraging team strengths and fostering growth.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide direction for mid- to long-term objectives.
• Support global innovative and technological initiatives, including knowledge-sharing and event participation.
• Contribute to technical knowledge advancement via publications, presentations, and mentorship.
• Inspire innovation and drive solutions aligned with technology trends.
