IT Business Analyst - RDT Biometrics and Clinical Evidence

• 10+ years experience in product management, senior business analysis, or hybrid product leadership with complex digital products.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in clinical trial design, clinical development, or related life sciences.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Computer Science, or Information Systems required; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP) highly valued.
• Proven skill in managing full product lifecycle and writing structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
• Solid understanding of software development concepts including APIs, data models, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Extensive experience working within agile/scrum frameworks with proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Productboard.
• Scientific fluency for protocol design and regulatory discussions combined with systems thinking.
• Proven leadership, influence, and adaptability with the ability to work without formal authority and manage ambiguity.

Clinical & Scientific Collaboration:

• Act as primary link between clinical/scientific teams and product engineering.
• Build long-term relationships and facilitate discovery workshops with medical experts.

Product Feature Innovation:

• Define and own the feature roadmap balancing business, scientific, and technical needs.
• Foster innovation through design thinking sprints, create business cases, and track feature success metrics/KPIs.

Feature Design & Requirements Excellence:

• Author user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with UX to create wireframes and prototypes.
• Filter requests based on value and maintain product specifications.

Technology & Engineering Partnership:

• Translate complex clinical workflows into structured requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers on architecture, data modeling, APIs, technical risks, and solutions.

Quality Assurance & UAT Support:

• Partner with architects, engineers, and QA leads to ensure feature scalability and quality.
• Support UAT design and execution to meet scientific intent and usability.

Agile Leadership & Delivery:

• Drive iterative delivery, rapid feedback, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Manage and groom sprint-ready product backlog and lead agile ceremonies.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as trusted advisor to clinical and scientific leadership on digital capabilities.
