Customer Identity & Access Management Analyst

• Minimum 2 years experience administering or implementing CIAM or IAM solutions
• Experience integrating with other solutions including APIs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Backend development skills with at least one platform such as .NET, Java, PHP
• Frontend development skills with at least one platform such as HTML, CSS, REST, JavaScript, and JS libraries
• SAP CDC (Gigya) technical expertise
• Experience with integration projects involving identity management and web development
• Experience with SAML and OIDC protocols
• Strong English communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
• Agile methodology awareness (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Execution-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement focus

• Participate in all aspects of implementing Enterprise CIAM strategies, policies, and procedures
• Assist with delivery of CIAM projects and programs on time and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CIAM solutions with existing systems
• Perform security assessments and identify potential improvements
• Participate in incident response and troubleshooting
• Provide internal escalation support with support teams
• Assist in evaluating solutions' feasibility for customer-facing applications including backend (PHP, Java, .NET) and client-side (REST, JavaScript)
• Ensure procedures and documentation comply with regulatory guidelines and organizational standards
• Demonstrate business awareness and understand needs of application owners and supporting IT partners
