Wymagania
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in development and testing.
- Ability to quickly move from problem statement to working prototype.
- Experience writing precise technical requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Experience working directly with clients or external counterparties.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments such as Repos and Derivatives.
- Comfortable with demos, gathering requirements, and translating workflows to system behavior.
- Ability to frame engineering decisions in terms of user and business value.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and structuring problems.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Regular professional use of AI coding assistants like Copilot or Claude.
- Critical evaluation skills of AI-generated outputs.
- Understanding of AI limitations relevant to software delivery.
- Agile practitioner fluent in Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
- Strong documentation habits treating knowledge base as a product asset.

Obowiązki
Product Value Delivery:
- Translate business goals and user needs into product opportunities with clear value hypotheses.
- Prototype solutions early to validate ideas before full build.
- Define scope collaboratively, focusing on user value over feature count.
- Track and communicate the impact of delivered features, focusing on outcomes.
Engineering Quality:
- Write and review precise technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Assess feasibility and manage build-vs-integrate trade-offs.
- Review and test deliverables against requirements; ensure quality.
- Identify technical debt and systemic risks early.
- Maintain live and accurate system documentation.
AI-Enabled Development:
- Use AI tools like Copilot and Claude as part of daily work.
- Critically evaluate AI-generated artifacts before acceptance.
- Guide team on responsible AI usage.
- Identify AI opportunities to accelerate prototyping and reduce low-value work.
Team Agile Practices:
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Work closely with engineers to unblock and course-correct.
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and delivery team.
