Wymagania
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience with C# (.NET or .NET Framework).
- Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise applications in .NET / C#.
- Expertise in automation frameworks and CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of manual testing techniques and QA best practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of Cloud and On-Prem infrastructures.
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools including Git, TeamCity, and Azure DevOps.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and managing pipelines.
- Willingness to learn APL with full team support.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Familiarity with XP practices such as TDD, pair programming, and CI.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL).
- Proficient English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire other developers.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Background in FinTech or capital markets.
- Knowledge and experience in financial domain and derivatives (options, futures, swaps).
Obowiązki
- Design, implement, and maintain new features.
- Take technical ownership of feature delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
- Design, implement, and maintain E2E, API, and integration tests following an automation-first approach.
- Perform manual exploratory testing for complex scenarios.
- Define test strategies at feature and module levels.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and teammates during analysis, refinement, and development.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
- Mentor less experienced engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive improvements in automation, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices such as XP, TDD, and clean code.
- Engage in Sprint Reviews/Demos and continuous process improvements.
