Investment Operations Technology Testing Consultant

• Educational background in STEM or Finance
• Financial knowledge in investment banking and accounting
• Expertise in Front Office, Back Office, Accounting processes, or Financial Transaction Workflows
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or comparable background
• Practical coding experience preferred in C#, with Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell also welcomed
• Experience creating test automation scripts and scenarios is highly welcome
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps
• Hands-on Agile methodology experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Solution-oriented problem-solving ability
• Proven ability to ensure high client satisfaction

• Clear communication and consulting skills
• Fluency in English at minimum B2+ or C1 level

• Analyze and clarify complex business and functional requirements for scope, risks, and quality expectations
• Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases aligned with business needs
• Engage with customers and stakeholders through meetings on requirements, testing approach, progress, and outcomes
• Document and present test results, defects, and quality risks clearly and structurally
• Support incident and defect management via analysis, documentation, and reporting for timely resolution and continuous improvement
