IT Service Delivery Director (RtB), Managing Director

The role is within the SSBI IT department, focusing on Run-the-Bank operations, service management, and regulatory compliance.

• 15–20+ years experience including leadership roles
• ITIL certification
• Relevant degree or professional qualification
• Deep ITIL and IT service management expertise
• Extensive multi-vendor and complex operations environment experience
• Authoritative knowledge of DORA / EU ICT regulations
• Proven track record in audit, control and direct regulatory engagement
• Strong leadership and organizational management skills
• Strategic thinking and sound decision-making under pressure
• Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management
• Strong governance, risk and control mindset
• Ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams

• Provide leadership and hold end-to-end accountability for the RtB function
• Lead, develop and grow the RtB team inline with the SSBI strategy
• Act as primary point of contact for senior management and executive committees
• Own the relationship with regulators on SSBI IT topics (e.g. ECB, BaFin) and lead regulatory interactions and submissions
• Hold ultimate accountability for DORA ICT incident notification
• Ensure robust risk, control, and governance frameworks across the RtB function
• Foster a strong culture of performance, accountability, and talent development
• Promote strong relationships with third-party service providers (internal and external) and monitor service delivery governance across ICA towers
