SSBI Data Quality & Compliance Oversight, Vice President

• Deep BCBS239 experience and understanding
• Strong experience in leading dealings with regulatory expectations

• Hands-on experience with data governance and data quality tools
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Finance)
• 10+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in capital markets or financial markets infrastructure, thereof 3+ in data governance and management
• Strong problem solver with strong analytical skills (e.g., breaking up and structuring complex problems into manageable pieces)

• Drive risk excellence across technology and the organization by ensuring robust data quality management and enhancing data collection processes
• Own and refine data quality standard, principles, requirements, and guidelines
• Own, operate, and measure data quality issue management process
• Implement data quality and compliance key risk indicators and key performance indicators
• Manage data quality monitoring mechanisms and associated reports and dashboards
• Implement and maintain tools to automate data quality checks and monitoring processes in SSBI
• Work with IT to ensure system capabilities support ongoing data quality needs
• Partner with Risk and Finance teams on data quality and compliance management and oversight
• Own the RDAR Framework and oversee its execution and compliance
• Ensure all new business and IT programs maintain or enhance BCBS239 compliance
