Product Manager - Software Solutions

• Proven delivery/project management experience in a product or software context.
• Experience driving cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design) toward shipped outcomes.
• Strong operational rhythm instincts with visible tracking and clear ownership.
• Ability to direct technical individual contributors without being the most technical.
• Hands-on approach with close involvement in tickets, client setup, and integration details.
• Client-facing competence to translate client needs into concrete delivery plans and manage expectations.
• Bias toward execution over strategy, focusing on operational delivery.
• Familiarity with adtech/martech ecosystem is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development processes and adjusting estimates accordingly.

Cross-functional orchestration:

• Serve as single point of accountability for coordinating Data Science, Engineering, and Front-end/Design teams for each client.

Delivery rhythm and project management:

• Run sprint planning, standups, tracking of planned vs delivered work, milestones, and go-live dates.
• Monitor project status, identify risks, and escalate as needed.

Day-to-day direction of the pod:

• Direct daily work priorities of engineers, data engineers, and designers.

Client onboarding and delivery execution:

• Own the process from contract signing to live solution deployment including configuration, setup, and integration.

Prioritization within existing roadmap:

• Triage integration blocks, prioritize bug fixes vs new feature requests, and allocate pod capacity.

Repeatable process:

• Build and refine onboarding playbooks, intake templates, and delivery checklists.

Risk and quality ownership:

• Proactively identify slipping timelines, data quality issues, and integration risks and escalate early.

Reporting and visibility:

• Provide regular, clear delivery status reports to Director and leadership.
