Senior Fullstack Engineer with AI (f/m/d)

Aras software is primarily built on Microsoft technologies, including .NET, SQL Server, and a broad set of Azure services. They collaborate with companies in automotive, industrial equipment, aerospace and defense, high tech, and life sciences industries.

• 7+ years in commercial software development with enterprise-grade solution delivery.
• Deep knowledge of .NET/C# and modern frameworks.
• Proficiency with web technologies: TypeScript, React.
• Hands-on experience building AI Agents using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, prompt engineering techniques, and Generative AI Evals.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding and practical use of DevOps/GitOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and modern deployment strategies.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in Agile environments.
• Ability to drive discovery including problem framing, rapid prototyping, and iterative scope refinement.

• Partner with product and stakeholders to explore problems, run discovery experiments, and refine scope quickly.
• Design and implement AI-powered features leveraging LLMs, NLP, and multimodal AI to enhance user experience, process efficiency, and decision-making.
• Develop enterprise knowledge management systems combining vector search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and semantic retrieval.
• Develop conversational AI solutions using various chatbot development frameworks and platforms.
• Leverage modern cloud-native tools such as Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana), and explore AI-powered development and automation opportunities.
• Build and own CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and progressive delivery strategies.
• Write clean, testable code and enforce best practices to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Take features from concept to production ensuring outcomes are met and customers get value quickly.
• Continuously adopt new practices, share knowledge, and help shape engineering culture.
