Technical Project Manager

Flyps is the hiring organization for this Technical Project Manager position.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in a tech-focused environment
• Proven track record of managing long-term projects involving AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or Robotics
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in preparing and managing technical documentation, especially for grant settlement and reporting
• Ability to analyze customer requirements from both business and technical perspectives
• Strong organizational and time management skills for yourself and the team
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions independently
• Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in dynamic environments
• Comfortable working in a bilingual setting (Polish B2+ and English C1)

• Plan, initiate, and coordinate IT projects across teams and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress at every stage, ensuring alignment with goals, timeline, and scope
• Proactively identify process improvements and implement actionable changes
• Coordinate team workload, monitor performance, and support day-to-day operations
• Organize and lead regular project meetings (internal and external)
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and clients
• Maintain high-quality documentation, including technical records required for grant-based projects
• Deliver solutions and drive results in line with business priorities

Candidates must be comfortable working bilingually in Polish (B2+) and English (C1).
